Moments after the sun had risen above the horizon, the light from the sun burst through the fells towards Borrowdale and produced the stunning dramatic light that can be seen in this shot. Also a nice layer of clouds were above the valley. Two ducks can be seen swimming in the lake and also two birds flying off into the distance.
